We keep the team small on purpose. The people who pitch the idea are the ones holding the camera on the day — fewer handovers, more attention, and a final cut that still looks like what we promised. When a project grows, trusted crews join us wherever it takes us, from Barcelona to four countries at once. The team changes shape; the obsession doesn't.
